This location is under new ownership and the service is terrible. If you want good service and good ole fashioned Dairy Queen food and ice cream I suggest you stick with the location on Commercial Street. I will not ever go to this location again. My mother also received a melted Buster Bar in her bag last time she was there. Their attitude about remedying the problem was less than apologetic and down right rude. It won’t take long for this location to close with that kind of service.

they had one of those cool mix your own drink machines, with all the different flavors, but it was empty. you could choose only two of the options. I asked for root beer the lady said we are out, I asked if they had it behind the counter, and a light bulb went on in her head, she filled my glass.

I must say, very young crew. But they did great. Really good burgers, we got triple bacon cheese. Awesome. Chicken sandwich is a great value as well, two breaded chicken strips instead of a patty, yum. Good job u guys.

Tried to call your restaurant to warn you that the pecans in your blizzards are old and bitter. Your business wouldn’t answer the phone, and then I was hung up on both tries. Was trying to help your reviews with a warning, but now I’m just upset that you can’t even answer your phones. I will drive to your competition next time.

Went through the drive through tonight, ordered a peanut butter puppy chow blizzard. Got a blizzard with 3 pieces of puppy chow & mint chocolate pieces. Wtf called them 4 times and nobody answered.

Don’t waste your time or money going here. Terrible food and terrible customer service guaranteed. The staff have a very bad attitude and just stand around and talk while they forget your food order. I’ve worked in the food industry for years this is unacceptable. Pretty sure the guy who handed me my food was the manager. They told me to pull ahead for fresh food. All I did was sit there for 15-20 minutes to receive cold food and bad attitudes from their own mistakes. I guess on the plus side if you want to get paid to stand around and visit with co-workers this is the best place to work! Just ask to work the night shift during the week!

This location does a disservice to the remarkable service of the other location. They are owned and operated by different people with clearly different expectations of their staff. Tonight at 6:45, there were 7 workers behind the counter and not a single one was working. We went thru the drive through and placed our order (2-4 piece tender boxes), after paying we were asked to pull ahead and wait. After waiting 17 minutes I decided to go inside to figure out what the problem was. I was met by all 7 of them looking around as the food (of the 4 vehicles that by this point had been waiting) sat on the counter getting cold. There was no manager present and the shift lead was standing there and ultimately bagged the food after I came in and asked. This is the second time an experience like this has happened. The most disappointing thing is that the other Neenah location is ALWAYS friendly, professional, and timely. This sharing of franchise in the same city casts a shadow on the positive work of the other location.
