The owners should teach their employees how to look at and count the money given to them. Tried to make it easy for him by giving him $21 for a $5.90 purchase. Employee handed me back a dime. When I told him I gave him a twenty, not a five, he basically accused me of lying. I live in this town and will never go back. The place was so much better when Kelly & Joe owned it.

I understand you guys get busy 100%. I worked in the industry for years. But you don’t have customers sitting inside, waiting for 10 minutes without being acknowledged then get pi*sy with the customer for asking if they are gonna get helped. But with 3 drivethru orders (at the time) and 5 staff, staff who are frustrated because someone said they won’t come help their coworkers. I can see why things get behind. But the little bit of acknowledgement would of went a long way.

My family ordered only desserts. I tried the churro dipped cone which was pretty good. It has gotten a little more expensive than I remembered in the past but overall none of us had any complaints.

Cheeseburger was really disappointing. Rubberly and no flavor minus what was on it. Ice cream on the cone was really melted and flavor was off. Tho seem friendly service.
