What a fine business plan at an ice cream shop that the location runs out or milk, hats off to the fine management team that let that happen. You definitely deserve more than the minimum wage you pay these high school students with your brilliance. It’s even better that I ordered, paid, and then waited patiently for over 20 minutes to be told you cannot complete my order. The obviously well trained staff could not even provide a correct receipt of the refund I was given. You should be really proud of the poor service provided to myself and all the others in the lobby who were constantly neglected.

I’ve never had an issue with this location until recently. Besides waiting in line for 25 minutes, when I got to the window they had my order completely wrong nevertheless, they didn’t even place my order. They quickly rushed to make my banana splits but were so sloppy there was hardly any ice cream as it was all melted, it was all whip cream. From an HR management perspective, you need to train your drive thru employees better. I’ll be taking my service to the South St Paul instead and it’s only 5 mins away and no line.

Ordered a chili dog it had slop on top, seriously it was terrible and the Blizzards only had toppings not blended all the way thru, the chicken strip were good, the fries were not hot and they were not crisp, they were soft

Cust service cashier was somewhat rude about my request to write happy birthday on a pre-made cake that was in the freezers next to the register because I didn’t order online. She asked her manager who was able to write the message but it came off as it was a hassle for them. I’ve never had a problem at the Woodbury store so I’m disappointed in the service IGH presented. Not sure if I’ll return if that is the type of service I can expect

I have always enjoyed eating lunch and dessert at this location. The ice cream cakes are great and so are the blizzards. They rarely disappoint. I usually order their chicken strip basket with the gravy. It is my go-to meal here. I am disappointed that their chicken strips are the size of nuggets now. They used to be twice as long. The taste has not changed which is good. I will continue to come back.

I was passing through town for appointments so thought I’d stop in quick. I was disappointed with the lackluster service, not a thank you or service with a smile. The peanut butter puppy chow blizzard was ok, the ice cream lacked the peanut butter flavor compared to the one I had from the Hastings DQ last week. I probably won’t visit this location again.
