Well let’s start this review by saying I was helped by team member Mariyah. She was awesome and very knowledgeable of the new product Carmel cannonball. That is what I got and added fruit to it. Dont judge me it’s delicious. My wife got the reese’s pieces blizzard and we got the dogs some cream too. This place was very busy at 8 PM on a Sunday so I went I for faster service. The place was fairly clean. They do have clean handicapped access bathrooms and a new freestyle soda machine . The place over all was clean. They have plenty of parking. Gotta hit a dairy queen up its summer for Pete sake.

I normally don’t do bad reviews but we waited over 50 mins for just 2 bannana splits and then find out they didn’t even have bananas. The staff was helping 5 dri thru customers then one lobby person. Under staff and under trained. Have given so many chances to this DQ but would rather see it turn into a popeyes chicken. Going to Rosemount DQ from now on.

Horrible horrible service! Sat in line for over 25 minutes to get two blizzards. The employees talked and laughed as they took their time making orders. One person pulled out of line after they ordered because it took too long. When I said something to them they simply laughed.

Not sure what was going on here, it was closed for a while but now reopened. The wait isn’t too bad when you know that the staff is all new and trying their best. I’m sure soon they will be back at full speed soon. So far the kids I’ve seen at the window have been great. Keep it up guys!

The service here is very poor. Our first experience at the drive-thru was just before closing. I’ve worked in fast food too growing up, and I get how frustrating it is when customers keep showing up, and you want to go home, but having an attitude giving us our ice cream is uncalled for. We tried to go through the drive-thru this past weekend, and ended up leaving since the line didn’t move for 20 minutes. Management needs to make serious changes with employees and do more trainings. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place goes out of business. Won’t be back.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Inside closed after they claim it opened. Cake purchase refused refund and told me they spelled it correctly. Some girl named mariah claimed to be the manager. But insisted i was in the wrong. See picture of cake spelling with no flowers

I haven’t been inside a DQ in ages and unfortunately this was a disappointment. Was very disorganized at the front with people bouncing around registers and tons of people standing around while the lobby was full of guests wanting to order. The food was fine. Their soda machine had no ice. They were almost out of ketchup on the self serve counter. Manager could be seen in the back but didn’t come out and apologize or make any attempt to calm the “crowd”. Oh well.

Worst run Dairy queen in the south metro. Have been there 5 different times with problems every time. Says the dinning room is open and it’s not. Have gotten in to eat and the grill is out. No ice in the pop machine. Order food and it’s 45.minutes to finally get it. Went today and they are only excepting cash. We enjoy the Dairy queen menu but will not go to the Apple valley one again. Too many times we have either been turned away or disappointed with the service.

not gonna lie this place is okay SOMETIMES. occasionally they would get me and my family’s food right but that’s rare. most of the time they would either forget a meal or two and or forget a drink or even the fries all together. today we thought “hey let’s give them one more try” because we love the food but today is the last because they had forgotten two of our meals and our fries 🙁 very sad
