My order was rang in incorrectly, then when I returned to get the right thing, I was blamed then had to pay an up charge because they wouldn’t give me my old order or new food, while my other food was getting cold and or melting. If you frequent DQ, go to the one a few blocks away.

Ordered 2 Chicken Strip Baskets, a Blizzard and Milk Shake. Took 20 minutes sitting at the pick up window before food came out. Both of the Chicken Baskets had only 3 pieces of Chicken, not the 4 or 6 that come with the meal. The Toast was also missing from both orders.we did not order the $7 Box, if we had we would of gotten a drink and a Sundae. No drinks were ordered, no sundaes were ordered. This isn’t the first time we have had issues with this location. To bad, since it the closets one to us.

The Round Lake location pulverizes their blizzards. It used to be that if you order a blizzard with anything chunky as shown in the image that flavor represents, those flavors would resemble the photo. Now, however, they make it so that instead of flavorful chunks of those mix-ins complementng the signature vanilla ice cream flavor, you’ll experience a grittiness similar to sand in your mouth with a slight taste of the flavored mix-in(s). It’s as though the team members who create them are using the blender as a sort of way to get their anger out. Please bring back the chunkies and use a healthier method to release your frustration

dawg i just wanted a chicken strip basket. the app said it would be ready at a certain time, which was 20 minutes after when i ordered, so i got there at the time it said it would be ready at. i waited 30 MINUTES past the estimated time before receiving my food. i love my girl chloe who works there, but make this make sense dq.
