Very good food brought my aunt and grandma for lunch there our food was hot and quick. Grandma got the chicken fingers which she really enjoyed. My aunt and both got burgers. They have also remodeled since I was here last looks good. Lastly the staff were very kind and helpful. The girl who took our order was patient and helpful. The lady who brought our food out was nice with a great smile.

Son stopped and picked up supper with a couple blizzards. They made the blizzards right away and he waited 20 minutes for his supper. In that time the blizzards melted and turned into shake consistency. Not impressed for what you pay for. I have given them more than 1 chance on mistakes. I’m DONE.

I get mocha moolates a certain way due to not liking the regular topping. So I always ask for that when ringing up in case they need to charge me more (which is what they have done in the past). The lady didn’t put the normal whip cream or the topping I asked for on the moolate, so I waited for the other customers to be helped and then I asked her again for the whip cream and the particular topping I had wanted. She put the whip cream on and then the regular topping. I mentioned that I had asked for a different topping (twice) and she said “this is the one that goes on there” and turned to help another customer. Anyway, I waited again for the other customers to be helped and then asked her for the right topping and she just put it on top of the one I didn’t like. Didn’t scoop off the one I didn’t like, just put the other one on top of it. At that point I was just like screw it so I waited for the other customers and then just asked for my money back because that one flavor in there ruins the whole thing for me. She did give me my money back, which I’m grateful for. I thought mentioning it at the beginning of my order would make things easier but I guess not. I’ve given this place the benefit of the doubt but this isn’t the first time it’s happened so I’m done trying, unfortunately. People can ask for substitutions on other things and it’s not a problem but this substitution must be, I guess. Im not trying to be a picky person but we all have our likes and dislikes and that was mine, and exactly why I always mention it right away.

This and treats were awesome. Service was slow which normally wouldn’t bother me as it seemed they had on new staff. The past that bothered me was how the server treated the cook so poorly in front of customers. Instead of helping him out, she publicly ridiculed him. Poor kid. Team player should be a training aid taught.

Yesterday was the first time I’ve ever stopped in at this location, though I’ve driven by dozens of times. I can honestly say it was a great experience. The staff and management were very friendly. However what blew my mind, and the main cause for this review, was how much care was put into making the food. I’m not sure i have ever ordered something at any fast food chain and had it come out looking anything like the picture. Let me tell you, every item I ordered easily could have been used as an advertisement photo. The buns were fresh, tall, and still rounded(not smashed), onions and pickles carefully stacked to the far outside edge so they were uniform and visible, but not falling off or looking sloppy. Came neatly wrapped as not to smash/disturb the burgers in anyway and the fries were hot and fresh as could be. I will say it took a little longer than your typically fast food experience. However, it was well worth the wait for the extra care that was put into making the food look as good as it tastes. I will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you.

Stopped by today to grab a treat. Travis reluctantly waited on us. He seemed very unenthusiastic to have a customer to help. No hello how are you, nothing. Some of these young ppl wrkn Here could be a bit more friendly and less upset when they get a customer. Plus it’s summer time you should be open until at least 8 pm. The other night I was here at 6:55 got my treat and sat in my car and watched 8 or 9 cars come between 7:01 and 7:15 pm. Losing a lot of business. Good thing Norwood DQ is open until 9

The blizzards we got weren’t what we ordered, I asked for the largest water because of how hot it was and they charged me for a large soda.. why did I pay $2.79 for water when I can get it for free or the cost of the cup?!?!
