Fastest service for a dairy queen I’ve ever experienced, Zach our cashier was the best. He took his time, got the order perfect and even separated the meals exactly as requested, had great suggestions too. On top of that my young girls blizzards were already coming out before our order was complete. Food was out before I could fill the drinks…. Awesome job! I ordered the flame thrower meal. My fries were cold and limp, and the burger was cold also. The bacon was cold to the touch, and the burger was cold enough not to melt the cheese. The only thing they got right was that my shake was cold. There was no one in front of me, and I had to wait 5 minutes. It should have been hot.

Ice-cream is dairy queen. Service was poor, people who ordered o. Apps were coming in and having to wait behind people who were just arriving and placing orders. I felt bad that tried to make the system work but it was broken.

The fries were like soggy cardboard and the burger patties were not normal. The patties were the consistency of over processed sausage patties, similar to what you would get in cafeteria. Prices are crazy high and quality has taken a complete nose dive.

Today I was very unhappy with DQ. It was a bunch of young kids for say no one look to be in charge. The hamburger. Was dry and didn’t seem to have much flavor. I asked for a banana shake and had to get the workers attention after about 8-10 min at which time they offer me a banana spilt they said order. I mean time 2 other people showed up one ended up walking out other order but was not happy by comment made such as is there anyone working that knows what to do and is there any one working. So yes very disappointed. Plus spend twenty dollars for what. never did eat. Thanks DQ
