Quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The drive through was down, which is understandable so we went inside. Out of ingredients, the restaurant was completely trashed and smelled terrible. No one working knew what was going on, one lady was literally grabbing receipts and throwing them away and then no one would get their order until another man who seemed to be “in charge” was yelling across the restaurant what orders needed to be completed. Four people who came after us got their ice cream before us. My blizzard that took a half hour had hardly any toppings- 3/4 of it was plain vanilla ice cream. Behind the counter was a war zone, anyone with any kind of food allergy should beware. I’ve never ever ever seen anything so gross. I’ll post pictures so you get the idea. We will never go back, word of mouth is powerful- pretty sad to see the place be so chaotic and lack any service.

I made a quick stop to pick up ice cream for our family. We ordered 2 small blizzards and a medium sundae. After waiting for 30 minutes, I received the sundae shown in the picture. When I questioned whether it was actually a medium, the guy assured me it was. However, I couldn’t help but notice a chart, also pictured, on the wall that clearly displayed the sizes of the sundaes. This barely qualifies as a small. On top of the service, the place was dirty.

Started in the drive though for 2 Blizzards. Waited 15-20 minutes and only 1 car moved ahead in line. Went inside to order. The entire area in front of the cashier was dirty. There was a leak dripping from the ceiling and a garbage can to catch the water. I belive the air conditioning was not working because it was warm and the floors were slightly slippery. We ordered and waited about 20 minutes and nothing. The staff were dealing with some kind of teen dispute in the front. Staff unprofessional and I did not see 1 adult manager anywhere. I finally asked for a refund because I did not want to wait any longer. Staff refunded my money, no question about why or what they could do. Seriously, last time I stop there.

Decorated cake buyers…BEWARE! Had a house full of friends and relatives for my daughters birthday. Totally embarrassed when I unveiled the cake! Navy blue ink blotches, flat blue roses, and white icing on the front and back on aqua edging and a question. “You paid for that?”

Skip this place. Do not go. Go to Cub Foods or kwik trip. Not worth the money or wait times. The place is a mess! The employees look miserable, which makes the whole experience worse. Waiting 30 minutes for a blizzard is crazy! I’m shocked the employees put up with this!

I’m not a person to leave a bad review and say something negative about a company but this location needs to do better. We waited in like in the drive thru for 45 minutes from starting at the back of the line, mind you there is 4 cars ahead of us. Finally got to the window to pay and receive our 2 blizzards and had to wait another 10 minutes for some ice cream in a cup. Both of the blizzards were wrong so there was no point to get back in line and wait another 30 minutes to get the correct order. This will be my last time coming to the rogers DQ

I went to this Dairy Queen with my family of 6 during our son’s baseball tournament. The restaurant was not very busy, but it took over 10 minutes to get our ice cream cones and dilly bars. The peanuts on my ice cream cone were soft and stale. Two people ahead of us said they had been waiting 20-30 minutes for their food.

Gross, gross, gross. I know there is a worker shortage and things might be slow. But the floors were sticky, the bathroom was filthy. And the young woman working the register AND preparing food had chocolate and other food remnants all over her hands – it was even visible under her fingernails. I don’t think I’ve ever been grossed out by a fast food experience to this degree. I’ve actually never written a negative review online before! But I read reviews often and felt the need to warn others.

This place seems to be always closed now. Can’t even believe on a Friday/Saturday night they plan to close at 6pm, or even earlier if they feel like putting up a sign. Truly sad when it’s summer time and can’t even get DQ after dinner.
