Received inedible food. I ordered pretzel sticks… I must’ve been given the ones at the very bottom or something because they were CAKED in salt. There was large clumps of salt dust stuck to the majority of each pretzel stick. I had to SCRAPE it off with a fork.

The drive-Thur wait was long so we decided to eat inside. The service was quick and friendly even though it was busy. The food was hot and correctly made. The inside of the store could of used a good clean down though. Many tables were dirty and had crumbs

Wow. We walked into the store and the cashier didn’t say anything to us.He continued to chomp on a piece of gum with his mouth wide open. After about a minute and holding his hand up to us, as if directing traffic at an intersection, said “it will be a minute we are a little backed up”. There was a line at the drive thru and only 3 other customers in the store. We watched 2 of 4 employees stand around and joke with each other while the other 2 worked. After probably 5 minutes of us standing there and being ignored he finally said “sorry about the wait, can I help you?” My wife ordered a dilly bar and I wanted to order a blizzard but settled for a buster bar so I didn’t have to wait for it to be made. After we placed our order, he walked away. Another employee came up to us about a minute later with a dilly bar and a Buster bar in hand and asked us if they were for us, and we said yes, thank you. Wow! VERY unprofessional and lack of basic customer service skills. We were both speechless. We almost left without ordering anything because clearly we were an inconvenience.

This Dairy Queen is often busy with long wait times. I ordered ahead via the app and still had to wait 15 minutes after my pick up time. My order must have been ready on time, however nobody was helping the line of people. The ice cream was literally half melted and dripping out the containers. It would have 100% come out of the container if flipped over (not the blizzard guarantee.) Meanwhile, there were 5 people in line that hadn’t been helped since I had shown up. I was standing at the online order counter. When I left, the drive through line which was about 6 cars deep only had moved up 1 car length while I waited inside. It seemed like there was plenty of staff to handle the workload, but only half of them were working and the other half standing around in the back.

Service was okay from the employees, but the other recent reviews are completely correct. The manager here needs to be terminated immediately otherwise there is no way this store will survive.There are however two other managers that are alright, but the bald one that looks like rick from pawn stars has no skills at customer service, it’s like corporate hired an illegal off the street. Worst manager i’ve ever seen, it’s like he hates his life, I would too if I had to drive a red kia soul around. He also flirts with the women that come here which is just really creepy, would not recommend coming here when he’s working.

For being short handed, all the staff try their very best. No matter how long the lines are inside or the drive thru. The staff try their best! I know it can be stressful but they keep working. And the consistency and making sure everyone customer leaves with ice cream/food, yeah the lines may take awhile but it’s worth the wait!

Just ordered two chicken strip baskets, got home and both of them were RAW inside. extremely egregious health code violation to serve raw cooked chicken. Please someone contact me from the restaurant for a full refund ASAP.

Literally the worst customer service and worst manager I’ve ever encountered. Corporate needs to step in or this location is doomed. I understand being short staffed, but that is no excuse to be completely rude. The manager here looks like he’s never smiled in his life. Look at any recent review on this place that mentions the manager, not one positive thing. I feel bad for his employees who are in the back cooking their hearts out and mixing the ice cream while this guy stands up there giving them all a bad name with his terrible attitude and zero customer service skill. Send new management please! Maybe then they can keep an employee staffed for more than a week.

This DQ is the worst I have ever been to. I live near by and think it will change but nothing. They can’t keep employees and the wait times are crazy. There was a day I seen them taking 1 order at a time in the drive through and not taking the next order until the previous order was filled and the car drove off. I have stopped visiting until they can figure it out. While culvers is further away, I still get back home faster with ice cream. Maybe new management or ownership is needed for a true change?
