I have ordered a side salad from different DQ locations and they always have had it in a clear packaging, with my dressing on the side. Not only was I surprised to get a box instead this time, but when I opened it I was immediately grossed out. It was brown lettuce, and chunky ranch. No thank you.

As a resturant manager myself, I usually cut people some slack and try to be understanding when it comes to mistakes and such, because I’ve been there. But, this Dairy Queen genuinely has the absolute worst service and quality I have ever seen come out of a resturant. They told us their grill was out and they couldn’t grill burgers, yet we saw another person order a cheese burger. They told us they were out of chili, but then another employee corrected them and had to make it, it didn’t have it ready at all. The person taking the orders messed up what we wanted. I wanted just 4 tenders and I got a whole meal. I will not ever be stopping back at this location ever again.

Coming from someone who manages a Dairy Queen…. I would never let the blizzard I got be served…. The pieces in my blizzard tasted stale and the whole blizzard had no taste at all not to mention it wasn’t even full as it should be level with the top of the cup. It’s disappointing that other Dairy Queen’s give us a bad reputation…. It’s my understanding this location was closed and reopened…. Honestly maybe they should have stayed closed.

It took us 31 minutes from our order printing to receive a 6 pc chicken strip basket with no drive thru line. There are about 10 staff inside. Not even a “thanks for your patience” or “sorry for the wait.” No napkins. We finished our Blizzard before receiving our food. Ridiculous service. I knew this location was notoriously bad, but this has to be a joke.

This place needs to be shut down or put under new management who cares about the quality of the employees they hire. I’m not calling out all of the employees, but definitely the ones that I’ve interacted with. It is clear that they go out of their way to screw up orders, likely in hopes that customers do not return to this location so they can sit around instead of working.

Tables had dried pop on and crumbs on top bathroom was gross roll of paper towels on the vanity soaking wet my flamethrower burger was dry the bun was rock hard. We got a refill on our pops when we finished eating both our pops tasted like blood. Pure iron. Completely disgusting

AVOID THIS DQ!!! Turn around and run FAST! Whoever owns this Dairy Queen should not be allowed to own or represent the company. This Dairy Queen is the worst establishment I’ve ever been to! There was a line in the drive-thru and no one was being helped, the inside lobby had people waiting and none of the staff was acknowledging ANYONE! I asked almost every customer inside waiting if they were helped and every customer told me they were just being ignored by the workers here…. HOW IS THIS PLACE EVEN OPEN?? I ended up leaving and so did the other customers. Whoever owns or manages this location must be absolutely incompetent because they obviously are HORRIBLE at business. What an embarrassment of a DQ location! No wonder this is the worst rated Dairy Queen I’ve ever seen! Whoever owns this place needs to have their franchise removed. What a joke.

Ordered three turtle cluster blizzards, barely any pecans or caramel. Ordered one burger with fries another burger with onion rings and a order of chicken strips with gravy. received three orders of fries, no onion rings. Instead of gravy received a handsome helping of ranch salad dressing.

This location could very well be the worst dairy queen in minnesota….if not the country…the owner, or whatever he is…is continually rude, not friendly, and has no ambition to properly run the store. Half the time you just don’t get served, a quarter of the time if you do get served the food is bad…poorly tempted ice cream or runny unsatisfactory shakes. I, like many others, will never be back to this location l. Waconia is awesome, and so is Delano or Spring Park. This location deserves to be shut down.
