I didn’t want the reviews that I saw before coming here to be true because this use to be my absolute favorite DQ in the state. Sadly, everything that I read was true and beyond. Horrible service, horrible quality food. I heard people in the drive-thru having trouble with their order, and walked the staff member through my order and they had everything correct when repeated it. They got everything wrong. I asked for chicken tenders lightly tossed in bbq sauce, it seems like the staff are angry and get orders wrong on purpose because customers request modifications to their order. As soon as I paid, the woman left the window, we didn’t get everything we ordered so I had to wait for another person to come to the window which happen to be a manager. I heard her tell her staff our order and she apologized and it was still wrong when they brought it out to me. Unsanitary, view the photos. The top execs need to do something because this place is terrible. Beyond terrible. I won’t be back, so you tell me your experience.

I really enjoyed my experience at this Dairy Queen. I would say that it exceeded my expectations. I ordered a chicken salad and it came with boneless chicken nuggets. A whole lot of them too. I didn’t expect so much meat on this salad but they were good and they were cooked well. The customer service was really good too. The person taking my order was kind and worked with me. They brought my order to my table and asked if I needed anything. The inside was very clean. I’ll be coming back due to its proximity to my son’s school and the good experience I had there.

This location is one of those that give you a cup of ice cream with 5 pieces in it and call it a blizzard. To me that’s the worst. Got home and after I ate the 5 pieces at the very top I’m left with nothing but vanilla ice cream. It’s always this way at this location, it’s so close to us but I’ll drive a little further to Culver’s which never disappoints. Bought food for 4 of us, spent 40 bucks and when I got home we all had to split our food because of the items missing. Obviously Dairy Queen doesn’t care because they got their money from me, does that say something? Every reply from them on these reviews doesn’t offer to make it right, now that should say something about this location.

It took 50 minutes to get 3 blizzards. Expo was poorly run. Team members couldn’t place ice cream to orders and just threw a bunch out and gave some out for free. All while multiple parties were waiting for the correct orders.

I needed to order an ice-cream cake and the web site says that you need to place your order 2 days prior. I called and talked to Alison and explained that I wanted to order an ice-cream cake but needed it tomorrow. Alison said no problem that she would get it ready and that I could pick it up later in the day. What incredible service by Alison! Thank you very much! It was delicious!

OMG this place is a joke. They had 5 people making the ice cream all seemed lost. Nothing was getting done. Some people waited over 20 minutes for an ice cream cone. The manager needs to give his clueless workers some direction. Don’t go there they can’t handle it. One worker spilled the blizzard on the counter then scraped it back into the cup and give it to the drive thru patron. Unskilled low class workers the manager should be ashamed. Should find some workers who care about quality. Stay away at all costs.

5$, 7$, 10$ deals and meals. Kids working there were kind and happy and brought our food out. Clean. Patrons were all relaxed and respectful when we were there and in good and easy location of HWY. Nothing woke or devil based while we were there recently, so hopefully, it doesn’t have issues staying going at decent prices.

Visited on 8/16/2023 and was very disappointed. Placed an order online with an ETA of 14 minutes. Finally got my order after waiting an additional 20 minutes inside the store. In the time I stood there, several cars made it through the drive-through, and many walk-in customers lapped me as well. Clearly, they were not paying attention to online orders.
