I ordered pickup from the DoorDash app. It said it would take 30 minutes before it was ready but then about 6 minutes later I got a text saying it was ready. The food was hot and tasted great. I love their Flamethrower burgers and sauce. The employees were very nice and seemed to care about helping customers and keeping the lobby clean. There was no wait at the counter. It’s a little pricey for what you get but like I said it tasted great and I just use coupons to get a lower price.

I am in the drive through order 2 blizzards with the 2 chicken strip meals instead of drinks. The employee looked pained when I asked him for 2 lids and a drink carrier. I believe in good customer service and a customer shouldn’t have to feel like its too much to ask for 2 plastic lids and a drink carrier. Second is the price. I paid a little over 38 dollars for 2 meals. 1 four piece and 1 six piece chicken strip basket. They didn’t put in the extra gravy I asked and when I got home (only after a few minutes) I could tell that the food wasn’t fresh. The fries had the grease glaze over them like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I for one say if I’m paying double for a meal I used to get then I should be entitled to fresh food and at least an employee who doesn’t get attitude when asking for minor things to keep the food from spilling. All in all will never go back. I’ve had several problems with this location.

Well, first of all the service was slow. They took 30 minutes (drive thru) to get 3 blizzards out. My blizzard (a mini cheesecake)…there was barely any ice cream. There was loads of these nasty strawberries and 3 cheesecake bites. What the heck?

None of the kitchen employees were wearing gloves, including I assume the manager on duty. One employee was handling raw burger meat and making orders. Whoever owns this location needs to coach their team on food safety. Visited 4/16/23 approximately 11:30am.
