Super disappointed in my daughter’s special order DQ ice cream birthday cake. To pay extra for a Disney character picture topper, only to have it made with significant bubbling across the entire surface because someone couldn’t care enough to do a quality job applying it to frozen ice cream.

Went in and got two cherry-dipped(which i have heard around the campfire is on the chopping block) cones. The total came out to 8 dollars. Reality set in with me that the days of getting a couple cheap soft-serve ice cream cones are long over. And yes, I realize I could’ve gotten small ones, but how much less could they even be!? I’m just saying that we didn’t realize how good we had it back in the day when we could get a couple cherry-dipped cones for a few bucks. Im not necessarily saying I’m not coming back here ever again. And I’m certainly not saying the staff is bad or anything like that. I just want to make a point that 8 dollars is a lot of money in these times. It’s hard money for some of us. That’s why I will be limiting my presence at a dairy queen to around a couple times a year. Luckily, my employer has been giving us free blizzards on Fridays if we do a good job on Thursday, so that’s been nice. I’ve gotten a few but not too many. Well, back to work yall I’m signing off.

I’ve been to this Dairy Queen about 4 times in the last month. Each time it has progressively taken longer and longer for my order to come out, regardless if it was food or ice cream. The last time I was there, it took close to 40 whole minutes for my food to come out to me, in the parking lot. For some reason, they tell every car to pull up to a parking spot and that they will deliver the food when it is ready. And, despite that wait time, they forgot the sauces that I specifically ordered and were on the receipt, which costed 0.60¢ EACH. I would not classify this restaurant as “fast food.”

7/2/23 waited 30 miniutes to recieve our order , the order was wrong and shorted us a cheeseburger, ordered a regular cheeseburger with ketchup and fries and recieved a burger with what looked like a onion ring with some white sauce on it , i had just peeled the burger to see what was on it .. told a worker and he said there is nothing he can do because i had opened the burger up … i dont understand whats so hard the last 2 times we have been there its been horrible …

Disappointed in DQ advertising! $7.00 meal deals are actually $8.00. It’s all over TV, $7.00 meal deal. Staff said, that’s just the way it is! I’m sure $1. means nothing to owners.
