Went to the Dairy Queen in Caledonia on October 2. There was only one car in front of us at the drive thru. We ordered 2 mini blizzards which were delicious. My complaint is that one of them was sloppy and plopped over into the carrier they were in. Don’t employees care about what they do??

Store opens at 1030. Hours posted on the door open 1030. There at 1100. Attempted drive thru after waiting and no response was going to go in lobby. Kid walks to the window and shakes his head no then walks away. Seriously?!?

Went through the drive-through tonight for ice cream and as we drove off we realized we got the wrong thing. Drove back into parking lot and as soon as we did they started turning the lights off and we saw a worker run to lock the door. This was before 9:00 and hours stated they were open until 9:30.

Went to this Dairy Queen on May 4th. Drive through line way long. Went inside for ice cream cones. Never got acknowledged left after 20 minutes. What is wrong with this picture? Couldn’t of a employee said just a minute we are busy ! Nope very disappointed!

Was at Dairy Queen last night. My son never received his Blizzard. Was waiting probably 45 minutes. We were totally ignored while several cars came thru and ordered food at the drive thru. Do not go here. Poor service!!!

Poor service. Waited for 20 min at the window. When we finally got our food they forgot the fries for the combo meal and shorted us chicken in the two 6 PC. chicken strip baskets. The only thing that was correct was a 4 pc chicken strip basket. What a waste of time and money. By the way there we’re only 2 cars in the parking lot..

Two years ago this was like any other DQ I knew. However, the drive thru has been getting consistently slower. My last visit to this place we were waiting so long that the lady behind us fell asleep. I’d much rather just drive by this place than stop and go in nowadays.

Drive-thru employee was absolutely horrible, took five minutes to even say hello. Gave two mediums after having paid for two larges & when confronted she told us, the costumers, that we were wrong which was not the case & had an attitude the entire time. Manager took matters into his own hands & treated us the way we should have been so Tony, thank you. But again, the worst service I have ever received.
