My daughter & I stopped for 1st Day of Spring FREE cones. There was a line but it moved quickly. The cashiers were busy but had great attitudes for what I’m sure was a busy day. The dining area was clean & other guest were visiting amongst themselves.

Normally food is great but today the Hot fudge sundae lacked hot fudge. We usually get enough Hot Fudge to enjoy with ice creme but not today. Very disappointed at this DQ today. I also did not get my senior discount because I was to slow asking.

Well I decided to take my daughter there tonight for a blizzard, despite bad previous experiences here. Didn’t flip my blizzard over and I said, hey isn’t it free now? He says we don’t participate in that…Lol. I am also 99% sure this is the same employee who previously I saw grab a couple fries from my order, eat them and lick his fingers afterwards, forcing me to ask for a new order of fries which the other employee acknowledged and obliged. I worked at a dq as a teen and wow I was disgusted. Will not be coming back here.

im absolutely annoyed! its a five minute drive to my house from dairy queen and i blast the ac. they have given me my shakes and ice creams melted every time and they take their sweet time to even try to make it or get your order. it is unprofessional.
