Super disappointed with this location. Went there tonight with the family and spent $30 on 5 small Blizzard’s. Spendy but worth the trip with the kids. Went inside and waited 15-20 minutes (no exaggeration) to be handed a hot tray with 5 very melted Blizzard’s. The audacity of the employee to even think these were acceptable to give to a customer blows my mind. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have been less than pleased with this location. In fact, it has been twice in just the last 5 days. I will not be stopping back again.

I used to love coming here, but since the prices went up it’s almost unaffordable to eat there as a family. $17 for two medium blizzards, is pretty ridiculous in my opinion anyways. Drive thru, is almost ALWAYS a nightmare. 10-15 minutes waiting for our order when there was at least 5-6 people working and not a single vehicle in front of us. Not impressed, and will not be coming back.

And this lady actually walked around the restaurant asking people how thier meal was like it’s the olive garden or something. Great attitude despite my brutt sarcasm. The drive thru is painfully slow. You can wait 20 minutes at least from start to finish. It’s unreal. There’s enough people in the store tripping over each other yet it consistently takes 20 minutes to get thru the drive thru.

A chicken sandwich shouldn’t be two really small chicken strips plus when it’s ordered it shouldn’t of been sitting in the warmer for as long as it did the bun and chicken were rubbery and kinda hard to eat plus it was ordered with no lettuce and there was a bunch of lettuce in the wrapping and extra mayo doesn’t mean less mayo then normal. I definitely feel it was a extra that was made and sat in the warmer till someone ordered one and it sat there longer than it should of

Every time I come here the service is poor I never get what I order live 3 blocks from this DQ talked to the gm several times about the issues and nothing ever gets solved even offers replacements and when I get the replacement it’s still messed up.
