I ordered a Strawberry shake on the app and I had to wait 30 minutes before I got it. I watched several people go up to the window, order and get their food while I was still waiting for my shake. When I asked them about it they said they hadn’t even started yet. When I finally got it I got no apology. And the kicker is that the sign asks you to order on the app yet if you do they will make you wait a half hour for a simple order.

My husband and I were wanting a blizzard. Unfortunately Pine River closes early so we drove to Cross Lake. It was worth the trip. The 3 teenagers working tonight were very polite, hard working and quick. They asked if we wanted tops on our blizzards and a drink carrier. Pine River doesn’t due that. It was so nice to see teenagers wanting to work and working hard. Their manager and parents must be proud! I will be driving out of my way again. Great service!
