Stopped on my way up north for dinner. I was by myself and wanted to get a quick meal before driving more. The door said the dining room was open until 8pm. It was 7:48. Stood at the counter and waited several minutes. Finally an employee came up and says is it alright if today’s order is to go? I said no I don’t want to eat in my car. She says sorry the dining room closes soon. I said that the sign says 8 and drive thru says it is open later. Couldn’t you just lock the doors at 8? It shouldn’t take me too long to eat. She said no we have to clean the dining room. I am one person. It would take 30 second to clean my table and chair. The owner should retrain employees on customer service. Or change the dining room hours until the the last possible minute someone can order and eat inside. I will never stop here again because of the way I was treated.

There were 9 people working and they worked in slow motion. It took forever and there were not that many customers. All we ordered was ice cream and 2 fries. The floor was filthy too.

Drive through time says 10 am to 10 pm but went there at 10:20 am and no one was answering and did not come to window to stop us from driving off. If your going to say open at 10 then be open!

Food is typical fast food. Tastes good when youre hungry, doesn’t feel good a while later. Their app to order is amazing, the freshness of the food is usually very good. (Hot fries, not microwaved buns, etc) their meal deal menu is good. 7$ for a medium burger, fries, drink, and Sunday is pretty affordable.

To start, I usually love DQ. I also understand being short staffed. But when the food is bad, it is bad. We got 3 blizzards. Had coupons but the lady refused to take them because she didn’t know how to ring them up. Issue one. Second was when we got the blizzards they were already melted. No turning them over. 2 out of 3 were absolutely horrible. Last issue was they had no ice! WTH! The manager couldn’t go 30 yards to the gas station and buy ice?? It was an extremely disappointing experience.

Every time I go to Dairy Queen, its always something wrong. There was not once but two times where I got a hair in my food. They always forget something or they don’t make things correctly. Kind of disappointing when it’s the only fast food restaurant in your hometown 🙁
