Amazing customer service. One of the few Dairy Queens that has chicken strips available. The bread was actually toasted and not just heated up with butter like other places. Got our food in a timely manner considering they were short staffed.

Gone through drive thru 2 x now and only received 1 napkin for my whole order kind of defeated the purpose. The french fries were skimpy hardly adequate for the price value meal special, 1 of the 2 separate visits, the chicken was so grisly, ended up throwing it out. Definitely have been to better DQs than here. Thinking twice about giving it a 3rd try.

Was driving threw so we decided to stop for dinner. Customer service wasn’t to bad but the food was awful chicken strips tasted like old grease, cheese curds where like mush, bacon cheeseburger had no bacon we should of went to McDonald’s across the street then we could of had a good meal and actually ate instead of having one bite and be done. Definitely don’t recommend.

My experience when I entered this place was a little weird. I ordered a 6 buck lunch for 3 piece chicken strips and fries and a small oreo blizzard. I waited. It took longer than I thought it would’ve taken. Then it got done and I looked into the bag. I noticed three things of fries! I was a little confused but I left the store with the bag and the blizzard. I looked further into the bag and noticed I got three things of chicken strips too! The food was good even the extra food! Overall, I would probably go there again.

Every time I come here it ends in disappointment. Food and ice cream takes forever and all employees are barely smarter than a 5 year old. They don’t care about the upside policy when serving blizzards. Probably because they never make them thick enough. And don’t go in there hoping for a 5 buck lunch that comes with ice cream. I ordered a 4 piece chicken and was charged 5.99 even after I asked if they still offered $5 lunches (they did) so now they have a very pissed pregnant lady.

They serve delicious icecream and good food. The bacon- chicken sandwich is totally recommended. Their client service is also good. Their operating hours are convenient. Such a good place to spend some time with family and/or friends.

If I could give a lower score I would. It is August and they still have a nativity scene from Christmas set up. They were out of chocolate ice cream and no Oreos. Out of many other items as well. The gift card machine was broken which was the reason I went there. And they ID’d me for buying ice cream with my debit card? I heard screams from the bathroom…not sure what that was about. Good chance I may get food poisoning or another disease. I would recommend going to Mac dons right next door.

I don’t give to many lower reviews, but tonight but it was a bummer they didn’t have bananas available. Three other things we did get didn’t taste like that item tastes like from other DQs. By watching, we kind of felt the two youngsters didn’t know what they were doing. Keep in mind this is Oct 30, it was 28 degrees outside, and they were close to closing. I’m sure the odds of someone coming in for a banana split was low. Other people may have gotten really upset…. But considering the situation, it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Poor customer service, getting mad at me because even though I ordered first I took someone else’s blizzard even though I thought was part of my order. I ordered 4 orders of fries only got 3. The kid working accidentally threw away a roll of paper towels but took them out of garbage and started using them to sanitize a food prep table with them. That is unsanitary.
