Food was good. But had to ask for our pop glasses about 5 minutes after ordering and they had only one straw left in rack and told the young man about being out of straws by pop machine he just reached behind counter and handed me one instead putting more out for the other customers

They wouldn’t have a line of cars that goes to the main road if they got orders out in a timely manner. It shouldn’t take a half hour to make 3 ice cream orders but to see 4 people standing and chatting and one making orders would give me the answer. I don’t need to hear your short staffed. Honestly, if your full staff does that mean 2 people are working and 10 are standing watching?

It was ok. The lobby is so damn small. People place their order then just stand at the counter. No good area to wait on stuff. Otherwise it was pretty quick to get food. But super slow for ice cream. Plus they had equipment operating right next to the till. So you had to shout to place an order

They close ridiculously early. Went there half an hour before they closed to find the doors locked. I found this curious as there were costumers in the building. One of the employees came to the door and informed me that they were short staffed and only serving the existing customers in the lobby and the drive thru. This is not the first time the lobby has been closed and I understand this happens because of being short staffed but they are literally turning away customers. As I turned to walk away I noticed others trying to get in too. I would talk to a manager, but he never seems to be there. He seems to leave teenagers in charge who don’t even realize that that are BREAKING THE LAW BY LOCKING COSTUMERS IN A STORE. I just wanted a chicken strip basket from a fast food restaurant within walking distance is that too much to ask.

I bought a medium crunch cone and threw half of it away. It tasted like cream. No ice cream flavor what so ever just frothy whipped cream. The crunch part the girl couldn’t figure out how to put it on the ice cream so I got a cup and a here figure it out attitude. Yes this was at noon but there was no line behind me which should have told me something.

I decided to leave a review since this was my first time visiting in awhile and I will not be returning to this location. We decided to go for free cone day today and we weren’t aware that you had to specify you were ordering cones in order to receive them we went through the drive thru we spent over 50 dollars on our order and the girl there named Kayli made a “Jesus” comment in an exaggerated voice and we overheard the whole crew talking and laughing about it when they gave us our order total needless to say it was pretty embarrassing. After asking about the free cone they refused us even after having spent said amount of money. Also the food was cold soggy and just not very good. They didn’t put a lid on my parfait so it melted all over the car on the way home. Highly suggesting doing yourself a favor and eating anywhere else before here. Could’ve eaten at an actual restraunt where we could’ve gotten much better service for the price. Mind you I do have a family of 4
