Service is relatively quick, if unenthusiastic. It is the normal DQ you find everywhere now. Down the road, closer to downtown, is a “classic” (called “Treat”) that offers a lot of the vintage treats, but it does not have the full menu of hot food.

Food was at least warm and good. Employees were rude and the front counter kid didn’t say a word besides “want your receipt”. Water all over the floor in front of the cake freezer which happens when it’s hot out but it looks like it hasn’t been mopped all day. Multiple dirty tables, food on the floor, trays on tables and just a really dirty looking lobby. Not busy when we came in and multiple employees standing around. Sad state

Went to the drive thru with a friend before closing. There was a decent line and the line was moving very slow. By the time I got to the order screen it was 2 minutes past their closing time. There was also 3 cars behind me. They stopped taking orders and wouldn’t even say anything. What does that say to customers? Even if you were there before closing time, you don’t just stop taking orders if there were people waiting there and on top of that not say anything on the speaker. Didn’t even get any food and was very upset.

Ordered through drive-thru chicken strip basket, all 4 pieces were old, fries were soggy, bread was 1/toasted usually they brown both sides.. no Bueno! Ice cream is good!

It never matters the time if day I go here it is by far the slowest DQ I have visited. Its not once in a while it is every time. Blizzards are not full and look choppy. If you order inside be prepend to wait even longer because drive threw takes priority. Sign says new and local owners… you got a lot of work to-do. I’ll go a bit further and get my stuff at the bother DQ in town. Not to mention $10 for 4 pieces of chicken and bread…..

My husband and I were very disappointed with this DQ. We ordered 2 blizzards and waited 30 minutes in line (dine in) and the blizzards were awful. We ended up throwing away our blizzards after taking a few bites since the blizzards didn’t come out like they are supposed to. We have tried this DQ a few times and every time we have gone we haven’t been happy. We will not be coming back to this DQ again.

This DQ and there are many around here is closest to my home. I like going there for that reason. It’s always friendly but not very fast service. It has Orange Julius products as well as DQ ice cream and foods. I wanted to try new fruity dipped cone and also got the new fruity slushy. Both were delicious. The cone a bit sloppily made. The staff though asked me at my table how I liked my food very nice friendly place. A good place for families. There is whole freezer of treats and birthday cakes too. I’m not going to quit going here anytime soon. The drive thru though always faster than eating in.

We were relatively happy with this DQ. The food was decent and the customer service was too. The biggest bummer is we didn’t double check all of our food before leaving town, so we paid for a 6 piece basket and only got a 4. I called to let them know and they offered to give us a free one sometime, but we aren’t local.
