Food was amazing as dairy queen is. I don’t think any of the workers were actually walking on the floor. Not actually rude, but definitely didn’t want to be there helping people. Disruptive customer but nothing was done about him, they just laughed with him. Next time, drive through it will be.

Probably one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Went in on a Tuesday afternoon, 1 car in the drive thru and a dining room 1/2 full. The guy delivering the food was in desperate need of help. He barely knew who was getting what food, even tho we all had numbers. No one was helping him. Ice creams were melting waiting to be delivered to customers. We ordered togo and realized when we got home our order was wrong, I ordered no onion and no mayo, both of which were on my burger, good thing i don’t have allergies.. I got the monthly blizzard, mint brownie. It was not like the picture at all, I thought it was wrong but the guy just said “they must not have put enough of the green mint color in it” what?! We will not be returning, $25 for mediocre food and an excruciating wait, no thanks.

Went through the drive through. The person who took our money was on the phone and didnt pay much attention and after she gave our change continued to be on the phone with someone while working. Very disappointing for the new location. The old location everybody respected the costumes and payed attention to what they were doing.

nice drive through. Looks like a nice new building. I came through at 2 pm. The fries I got were the temperature and texture as if they had been sitting out for 10 minutes. It wasn’t good. I would have asked for different ones but I was already 3 miles down the road before I opened the bag. Maybe check the quality of the food in the parking lot before you drive away. The hot fudge sundae was still great.

The fact that the COULDN’T read my order back the stupid one at the window said part of my order then finished it with blah blah blah like the unintelligent soul she is. Then turned around and charged us for the man behind us didnt know what our order was because I’m guessing blah blah blah wasn’t on the screen. Lazy lazy lazy waist of time and money.

I cannot give 2.5 stars like I’d like to. If you order cold food Im sure it’s fine, but the burgers have a very odd…..burnt flavoring to them? I know it’s not what you go to DQ for but you’d think they’d have a bit more flavor outside of burnt. Their removal of the artisan sandwiches and chicken sandwiches feels like a really odd choice. I know it’s corporate but that still docks some points in my book. The pretzel sticks and chicken baskets, if those are what you’re into, are great however.
