Ordered a blizzard and it was runny as all get out because they were in a hurry. Totally against the policy Dairy Queen has that the blizzards are thick enough to not fall out when tipped upside down. Disappointing.

The kid waiting on us rolled his eyes at us when we tried to order the $8 chicken meal, he said it was only available for lunch. We said that there should be times available on the sign he rolled his eyes again. I wouldn’t recommend eating there if he is working.

The Sunday Scoop

I went to this DQ with my co-workers and I got the MD chocolate dipped cone I got looked like it went through a hurricane! It wasn’t hard like it is supposed to be and the ice cream was sliding off the cone. All of the workers there looked depressed and made the environment depressing.

We have given this place many chances because we understand the whole changing ownership and staff thing. But by now things should have gotten better, but alas they have not. First off, ordering through the drive through is very irritating when the staff says “anything else?” after you say anything. Not only that but everytime they say it the tone of their voice gets worse. Almost as if we are annoying them with our order. I’m sorry that I have a family of 5 and that 1 cheeseburger meal won’t feed everyone. Pretty sure your job depends on customers orders to keep your job. Then after getting to the window, staff is rude while taking your money. Next comes the wait….the wait time for anything is forever and a day. Once we get our food 9 times out of 10 it is either wrong or missing items. Come on Dairy Queen, we can do better than this. It may only be a few rude “bad eggs” there but it reflects as a whole upon the entire business.
