We got the 7$ deal and it was perfect the hamburger and fries delicious! Unfortunately they were already out of chicken by 12pm but besides that the workers were great and wait time was quick! And can’t forget the ice cream! Delicious!!

Usually this place does a great job, but this evening was a little different. The staff was nice from what little I dealt with them, but the girl at the window seemed frazzled. We got our food and our ice cream, but we were not given the milk for the 3 kids meals and my blizzard cup was an absolute mess. Instead of cleaning it up, she just put it in the drink holder and handed it to me. I didn’t notice until she’d already turned away after handing it to me. As far as the milk, I didn’t know they were missing until I got home, and with 3 hungry kids, I wasn’t about to go back. They just need to take their time to do it right, not rush and give a mess to their customers.

Food is decent. But the employee at the window was trying his best and a woman (she was blonde and pregnant with a red shirt, didn’t catch her name.) I’m assuming was a manager was being really rude and demeaning to him. The boy at the window seemed to be taking orders at both lanes, bagging all the food, pouring drinks, taking payment, among other things. And at most restaurants I’ve been to (or even worked at) those duties are split between both windows to lessen the burden, but no, he was doing everything, despite a manager standing right there doing absolutely nothing. And due to him having to do all the work, the wait was very long and I saw many cars pull out of the drive through before receiving their food.The kids working here are hard workers, but the management needs to do better.

Blizzards are alright—but the employees are severely lacking customer service skills and are not able to correctly take or make the order. Boy at register was rude and didn’t enter the order correctly. Many employees in there; all of them were being loud and goofing off instead of filling customer’s orders. Ridiculous.

Ordered 3 Blizzards. 2 of them were incorrect. Told employee they were wrong and was told “Oh they are the same thing”. Oreo and brownies Are Not the same thing Not impressed with a brand new DQ and service.
