You need to hire a manager as no one seemed to know what their job was. No greeting at the counter & who knows who was supposed to take your order. It took 45 minutes to get our order. The food was cold & the ice cream was melted. It’s a complete mess in this store! You built a new building & for what? Terrible service! We will not be back! This sentiment was shared by most of the people in line too…..

Ordered a crunch cone- came to the window with maybe a third of it having patches of topping. The girl at the register was great, very apologetic for her co-worker who responded to my request for more topping like normal poorly. She raised her voice which caught my eye, loud enough so I could hear her argue with the girl at the register saying “it’s not supposed to have a ton on there!” Raising her arms in the air…

The chicken strips have gotten smaller, the fry portions are smaller, they don’t give lids for sundaes unless you ask, and their drink carriers don’t even fit the drinks! The cups are too small for the carriers and it caused a soda to flip over and dumped it all over my car

Many times have eaten here and every time I go in there are different people working. Restaurant itself is not always clean, floors and tables. The edges around the tables are dirty and sticky, just the top is wiped. I still eat there when I’m for a small meal with ice cream.
