All of the fries were cold and soggy. Slushy’s were melted milkshake was just milk. All of the food was cold and soggy. Would not recommend stoping went to subway instead and was 100% better.

The staff wasn’t exceptionally welcoming or friendly, but the food was good, and they did great with special order items. I sort of felt like I was a nuisance rather than a welcome customer, however. My youngest daughter was using a tray to eat her meal, and they came around to collect it. I’ve NEVER experienced that b4! Do they have a shortage of trays or problems with customers taking them? It was just weird. The biggest complaint on my part was 1/2 way through our meal, and the soda machine said EVERY Diet soda was unavailable! Every brand, every flavor. As my eldest child is diabetic, this was an issue for my family. I noticed another couple seemed unhappy about the situation also. And although employees were aware of the problem, nothing was being done to remedy it. They seemed unconcerned. Food was standard DQ fare, but carefully prepared and served…no complaints whatsoever. If we felt slightly more welcome and less a bother, this place would score significant points.

The staff here was great. I arrived close to closing time but did not realize it. They let me stay and eat while they were cleaning. I watched them clean while I was eating. They did not cut corners. It’s good to see people take pride in where they work.

The young man at drive-up window was friendly and excellent at his job! However the onion rings were fried to a crisp. I couldn’t eat them. They should never have been sent to customer. Burger was great.
