Don’t get me wrong, the food was great, but the wait was too long. We sat an HOUR waiting for our food, so we asked where our order was and they said they had a “mix up”. The workers were super nice about it and gave us two free blizzard coupon things but when our order came they still got it wrong. Seriously I think DQ is going down hill, get yourselves together.

The drive thru window employee seemed a bit aloof and unfriendly, which is unusual for this location. I had not seen him before, so he may be new. But the food was piping hot and as good as expected! When my food was brought out to my vehicle, a different red haired employee was very friendly, unlike the furry employee, and he had a good sense of humor.

The staff were very nice and helpful. However burger presentation was pretty sloppy and the tiniest drop of A1 sauce on the A1 burger. Seems kinda important to make sure to put all the flavor on these promotional items
