Overpriced and under achieving is how I rate this particular DQ. The burgers were super dry and the lobby area is dinky. The high prices are to be expected because it’s in the middle of a tourist trap, but one would expect at least good food at those prices.

Management is horrible!!! Paying this kids nothing and want this place to be top notch . Place had no chocolate ice cream, portions of fries was laughable! Also only one table outside and thats it . None inside

Amazing service! Was greeted by a gentleman named Carlos upon arrival. Ordered a blue raspberry mister misty FREEZE (something I’ve been ordering at DQ since I was a little girl) I was trying to explain it to Carlos, as I found out it is not a menu item, and he was kindly trying to process my requested order. A gentleman came (assuming) manager? And knew what I was talking about, kindly explained it to Carlos and joked to me that anybody under 30 years of age will probably not know what I am trying to order! 😉

It was alright. Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad from my experience either. Due note that this location does NOT have chocolate soft serve or special deals such as the $6 meal deal. I’m not saying this is a bad location. It just doesn’t offer a lot like other locations do. Being short staffed is very understandable though. Hope you guys find more help soon.

They surprisingly have 90% of the standard full menu, the food was hot, but one of our burgers was wrong. Like all fast food joints with a “standard” set of toppings it probably would have came out right if I had asked what comes on it, removed what was not wanted and then added what was wanted. Otherwise they many times just “add” toppings requested but leave on the gross ones.

The food was prepared well, but it took nearly 15 minutes from the time we ordered until our kids meals and 2 adult meals were ready. Add to that the foolishly high prices that were completely out of line (Almost $40 for 2 adults and 2 kids?) and it was a mediocre experience at best for what amounts to fast food.
