This was my first visit to this DQ. I was really impressed. It was clean and organized. I got my order quickly and while I ate I noticed how nice the workers were to customers at the counter, but also to each other. That doesn’t happen by accident. Good job hiring, training, and motivating. A pleasant experience and good meal!

I went through the drive through. It is very tight so of you have a longer vehicle it is difficult to get through without scuffing your wheels or driving over the curb. Got ice cream and it was tasty.

In a world where people will pay this much for “ice cream” is kind of scary. 20 bucks will get you 3 small blizzards and a cone. What am I missing? Do I need to mention how much sugar we just ate? I need a glass of water. Wonder how much they charge for that?

Typically I go through the DT. Most of the time I get the regular day crew/mgmt.&those guys are on the ball!! If I happen to go there anytime after 4 pm,it’s a nightmare!The kids staffing the DT are rude, condescending & appear to be inconvenienced that I’m there interrupting their social time. Just 2 days ago I was there,placed my order&got to the window. The kid was sure quick to ask for/take my money. He handed me the blizzard I ordered&closed the window!Keep in mind, I had ordered 2 baskets&said blizzard,&he still had my card! Not even kidding,no one came back to the window to see why I was still sitting there for a good 5-7 min.!Finally after all the socializing&giggling someone noticed me&asked if there was”anything else”? I was kinda cranky by this time&the lack of customer svc.I was not getting&snapped back,”Yeah,my card&the other 2/3 of my $24 order”!I got the rest of my order&a slam of the window in my face.

The crew that worked the day I came through were all up beat and in good spirits. Large blizzard and chicken strips. It was late glad they were open. The frys normally are spot on. That night saugy mushy. Thinking I recieved want was ment to be tossed out. That just one time in a dozen. Next time should be great and I will adjust as needed
