Good icecream but they serve smaller portions(Left picture) than all other DQ in town for the same price. When I got this, which has less than 1/3 of the normal icecream, less whipped cream too ( I got this almost every week) they told me I’d have to pay more to recieve the correct amount. (Normal size on right).

Kid who took our order barely talked loud enough to hear him, our food sat on the warming counter for a long time while he just stood there or paced around until finally packaging our food and handing it to us. We ordered 4 different orders, nothing out of the ordinary or difficult by any means but still was not correct all the way around. Had to wait over 30 minutes to get our food and because of our food just sitting there so long, when we got it it wasn’t even all hot any more.

Nice new building, easy to get to, clean! I like the layout, it was easy to see where to go to pick up your mobile order. I also like the display of sizes behind the register so you know exactly what size you’ll be getting. One drawback to the mobile ordering via the app is you can’t use any kind of perk (coupon, bday freebie, etc) via the app that I could tell, also the app prompts you to place the order once you ARRIVE so it’s fresh. What would be the point of preordering on an app? I get that your order could include ice cream that can’t sit around but… We placed our order as we were leaving our house (thank goodness) because they hadn’t even started making them yet once we arrived. Other than that, like I said it was clean which is more than I can say for the Osgood DQ!!

My husband went & got 2 Med. Blizzards for us & brought them home. The most disgusting, poorly made Blizzards…ever!! They were literally soup. Had the employee even turned them upside down they would have had a mess to clean up. Very poor….and expensive too!!
