Slowest Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Watched 4 cars leave. From the time of placing my order to when I actually got all my 6 items was pushing 40 minutes with only one car ahead of me so a total of two cars. On top of that they forget one item. I’ve never got my order correct here. Plan on being here well over an hour if theirs a line. Good, friendly customer service tho. Very apologetic. All young kids thrown on the line.

Hit the drive through after making an impromptu visit to the vet in town, the customer service at the drive thru was TOP notch and the food was hot and delicious! Best DQ meal I’ve had in a hot minute. I used to work for a DQ so I’m mega picky about how I like my food and this DQ absolutely nailed it!

Stood in line for 15 minutes and there was only one person in front of me. Drive through looked busy, only two people working that I saw. Very dirty place. If you are going to be open to the public, do a good job and be ready, today you should have closed your doors.

By far the slowest dairy queen I have ever experienced. If you’re contemplating on stopping for some food, I would recommend just making the extra drive to either Billings or Sheridan, because you’d probably wait longer in the drive through in Hardin than it would take to get to either town. I don’t know if it’s short staff, or what, but as a small town with limited businesses as it is, very sad to see such terrible service.

This used to be a well run DQ. Not so much any more. It’s slow and lately been drive-thru only and lobby is closed. Find a different option if you can but it’s a small town. People remember how it was!

Went through drive thru. They had almost nothing available, I had to go through almost 6 items they couldn’t make before I got to something I could actually order. I sat for 10 minutes waiting for my order and for that I got cold fries and melted blizzard. Never going again.
