Will now be driving to the North reserve location from now on. Worst milkshake I’ve ever received in my life I ordered a chocolate and it came out with no chocolate in it at all 10 minutes to make a milkshake. The who I assume to be manager a bigger guy with a high pitched voice, no shame just they were really rude at the drive thru. I said please and thank you and even shut my noisy truck off. I can’t stand rude people and I can’t stand ignorance. I worked in fast food all through out high school. I know how the job is done. Cheer up and don’t be rude to the people funding your paycheck.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. He was a nice person who took time to help me decide . He was very patient since I wanted a coffee ice cream drink . He explained sizes, and he gave me different condiments for the fries. He gave me plenty of napkins. I would definitely go there again and I recommend this Dairy Queen. He took time to talk to me and was very considerate.

My recent experiences at Dairy Queen have unfortunately left me feeling sick after consuming their food on three separate occasions. However, their ice cream is consistently satisfying. The prices are a bit high for what you get, but the staff members are friendly and accommodating, especially when it comes to catering to allergies. It’s a mixed bag for me, with the ice cream being the highlight and that my wife loves it.

I cannot say anything but good things about this location…I have visited them countless times (both on a personal and business level) and have not once had a unsatisfactory experience. They are generally quite busy most times, but you would never know that if only going by the manner in which they conduct their business operations at this location. The employees are always cheerful, calm and collected, and always welcoming- regardless of how busy they might be at the time. My orders have always been accurate and fresh. Special mention of Torrie that works at this location as well- THANK YOU for always being right on cue with all of the Door Dash orders I have picked up from you! I appreciate you for making it a breeze.

I really like their food and I’m giving their atmosphere 5 stars because from what I remember the lobby was clean and well kept; however, it’s been a long time since I have gone inside to eat. This isn’t keeping with why I gave the service three stars instead of five. I would like to say that the staff is friendly and helpful but the lines tend to be somewhat long especially during rush times so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for a fast meal.

The ice cream itself tasted good, however it was extremely melted and runny when I finally received it. I almost asked for a refund and brought it back in because I had to pour almost half of it out on the ground outside because it was so melted at that point. I watched them make my blizzard and set it on the counter and then leave it there while they handed out all of the other orders that came in after me. I tried to be patient and wait for him to pick up the pace and catch up before I finally had to insert myself. It seems like there are zero systems in place for speed and efficiency at this dine in.
