One star less because I received a blizzard with cinnamon and wife is allergic so she went without her blizzard for the night because cinnamon hurts her stomach and irritates her mouth when eaten. Surprised her when she started to eat it. Life happens no big deal. Actually said it tasted really good but unfortunately no bueno and had to toss it. Receipt was correct to my order of chocolate browning light toppings .

Yeah, I spent nearly $30 on food, including ice cream. I know training is important but nothing I ordered was actually accurate. The burger was wrong and then I got overcharged for that and for a blizzard that was made completely wrong AND with ingredients I didn’t ask for.

Lobby is closed, they tell you “walk thru the drive thru” with my children I don’t think so. Wish we would have known the lobby was closed as we wouldn’t have bothered getting off the interstate and stopping there. Going to Freddy’s instead.

Switch and bate? I have photos of the Blizzards shown on Google and photos from today’s Blizzards I received (much different than what is shown on Google). This happened the last three visits to Dairy Queen, so I decided to ask what is going on – new standards pay more for less? The Dairy Queen Manager said that Blizzards are made purposely 1/2 inch from top. So, Blizzards cost more for less of it? The Manager wanted to give me a free item. I said I don’t want a free item, I want to receive what I paid for, I want Dairy Queen to meet their advertised standard. IF this is Dairy Queens new standard, they should match the advertising they are showing in all media platforms; otherwise, it is potentially in violation of bate and switch laws. Not a way to treat customers. This review system doesn’t allow me to attach photos or I would. It would be a bummer if this means I stop going to Dairy Queen – as I have been going to Dairy Queen since 1966.

The three stars might be a little lower than what you deserve.. the reason I gave three stars is I felt that the price for my purchase was far too high.. $9.20 for a small Sunday and what I thought was a medium-sized milkshake. They were delicious. And I did enjoy the Sunday. With the things that are going on in the world today it’s very hard to stretch a limited income. Thank you.

We live near by the food used to be good, hamburgers have gone down hill, stale dry buns, un-melted cheese, cold dry burger. Only the ice-cream is good. Soda mix quality even has suffered. Not our choice for food given food prices now days. Better options nearby!!

Great icecream! Had food here before (me and my dad have had almost every menu item combined) and it has almost always been wonderful. Pretzel sticks, mistyslushes, icecream, sundaes, blizzards, you name it! Some of their blizzard have a salty after taste though. Overall, 9.5/10! (or 4.5 stars)

The food we got here was terrible! The burgers were cold and the buns were stale. The cheese wasn’t even melted on the burger. I wonder how long the burgers were sitting there before they were served to us.
