Got a fountain spout found in my buddies drink….are you serious? How does nobody notice this fall into a drink and if they did think that’s okay to be served? Dump it and fill a new cup. Staff is rude and lazy, food was cold and stale. These kids shouldn’t be making dog food let alone anything for human consumption. Pretty sure this place would fail an inspection. I normally love DQ but seriously you should pass on this place unless you like cold food and horrible service.

Supposed to stay open until 9 o’clock on Saturday according to website. Walked over at 8:15. The kids were closing the drive-through and locking the door and while we were walking back to the hotel there were workers smoking pot by the garbage bins. Don’t tell me it wasn’t pot because I’m 50 and wasn’t born yesterday. VERY DISAPPOINTING TO PEOPLE VISITING HAMILTON!!!

The cheese curds were so good. But every thing else was OK. But there was a worker with a shaved head. Idk if she was on drugs and had a bad trip. But she was yelling at the workers. It was uncomfortable to even sit in there. Someone would try to tell her what was needed. And she wouldn’t let them speak. She would say no every time they called. We had to leave. Bad day or not, chill out. Your supposed to work together not just her trying to run the show and yelling at everyone. Not letting any try to help.. but then screaming she needed help. Ya you do lady.

Every time I come to this Dairy Queen the service sucks. It is so slow I swear they talk more than they work. Very poor work ethic. I’ve waited for more than 30 minutes for my food on multiple occasions.
