The drive thru is super slow. Most of the other locations take half the time. Multiple times they have been out of items including vanilla soft serve. Also they can’t seem to mix a blizzard. Three fourths of the blizzard is just vanilla soft serve. Train the workers to blend them correctly.

There blizzard tasted so so good so cold didnt melt so quickly , I did download there app and they have alot of good deals like a $1 for small dipped cone , also buy one blizzard get the second for $.99 , for the dipped cone it’s good but not for kids it does melt so quickly I think because they dip it in a hot chocolate. Happy with there service the lady working at the cashier is friendly and nice

This is the only DQ I have ever been to that weighs ice cream and gives 4 dollops of whip cream. Samantha, who is the manager , stated that this was a rule from the headquarters. I called the HQ and they had no idea of this rule .. even though they are independently owned. There is a McDonald’s across the street, A Wendys and a Jewel Osco within 100 yards ( competitors) , who will gladly give me my worth and take my money for more than a dollop of anything. This DQ is new, and we were happy to see it arrive but if this behavior keeps up.. they will not last through the summer… all because of Smanatha wanting to wear a Ice-cream cape and save corporate on whip cream and ice-cream. Let me go across the street and see if the lady with the red hair or the man with the big yellow shoes cares to weigh milk and sugar.

Came in at 7:45, as the hours listed on Google show that this location closes at 9:00. Turns out the dining room closes at 8:00, and the drive thru closes at 9. So when we walked up to the counter we were told “The dining room closes in 9 minutes.” We were with our elderly grandparents- who would clearly be unable to eat in the car… not impressed

We went over after dinner for ice cream only to find hand written signs that they closed early. I called and someone answered and said they closed early as they ran out of ice cream ?! Did they run out of all the frozen ice cream bars, ice cream cakes and everything ? Back to the Schaumburg DQ we go- much better service there on a consistent basis!
