Cashier was clueless as the meals come with a sundae. I’ve asked for upgraded meal for my bacon cheese burger. But said since i upgraded. i do not get the sundae.

My burger tasted like it had been microwaved not grilled. Which is not what I was expecting. I also thought I had ordered a combo but received no fries. But I may have misordered. I was able to overlook the fries but the burger had almost no flavor.

Not enough ppl working, they were busy and one of the kids in the back was just hanging out didn’t look like he was helping the others at all. No help at the front either, ppl had to wait a good ten mins to even get waited on.

I went here for the first time today. I’m in town for work and really wanted a shake. As I pulled up and saw they had a new s’mores shake I was overly excited and asked to get that so I could try it. When I got to the window, the lady was super nice and had no issues there. But, when I got my shake it was not a shake. It was a milk drink with s’mores pieces mixed. At first when I got it, I didn’t think anything because I’ve had it be a little runny at the top but thicker towards the bottom. As I started driving away and drank more there was no ice cream in it at all. I threw it out and didn’t have time to go back because I was on lunch. Worst first experience ever and will not return!

I supplied a difficult custom order… It was done in record time and was absolutely perfect. The food was spectacular. I ordered a 1/4 pound hamburger and it was delicious. The fries, as well, were exactly as I’d hoped. Slightly crunchy on the outside, hot and wonderful on the inside. The employees were helpful and polite. I had a great experience!
