Got a banana split…well that’s what I ordered. There was hardly any ice cream and the toppings were in the bottom under it. Very disappointed. The malt my spouse ordered was like water. Not coming here again. Not a consistent place at all.

Mush ice cream. I have been coming here with my wife for years, but this is the last time. This is the most inconsistent DQ around. One time it’s good, and the next, my ice cream is slightly more viscous than milk. The quality of their ice cream is subpar compared to others in Illinois. I would recommend going to Culver’s instead as their quality and price are a great value over this DQ.

Went for lunch with my girl and her daughter. The food was okay but the prices serving sizes were ridiculous. I got 3 tiny chicken strips that were like 2 bites each. Then almost $10 for chicken bites that came in a little boat and barely covered the bottom, there were 5 bite size pieces. I have stayed away from DQ for sometime and now I know why. I can honestly say I will never return to any location let alone this one.

I did a drive thru order. First, I had a hard time ordering because the lady on the speaker doesn’t want to speak loud enough for me to understand her clearly. I tried to tell her to speak louder, which she did for one sentence and then back at it again. Next, after I received my order, the blizzard’s cup was covered. They didn’t put it upside down which they should have in the first place! I found my blizzard ice creams all very mushy and more of like a smoothie than an ice cream! The fries are old, seems like have been on the counter for awhile.
