The owners work there. They are nice. They make sure your satisfied with your food. It took about 4 minutes to get my pork tenderloin sandwich since they cook it fresh. They have ketchup packages on the table not the actual container. There is mustard containers, salt and pepper shakers at the table. When a person leaves they disinfected. They know what table you sat at since they bring it out to you.

I was passing thru Monticello to go home 45 minutes away. I ordered in the drive thru. I ordered a GRILLED chicken sandwich with NO TOMATO. I am highly allergic to tomatoes & I repeated NO TOMATO 3x’s. I get home and find a BREADED chicken sandwich WITH TOMATO! I tried calling them 4x’s….NO ANSWER. I guess I’m stupid for not checking the order before I left, but I shouldn’t have to. People wonder why consumers get mad…follow directions people!!!!!!! Needless to say I threw the sandwich away. Never again will I go to DQ!

Not the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had, but it was down there for sure. The chicken strip basket tasted like it was cooked in very old grease, the gravy was like water, and the staff wasn’t exactly friendly. The store itself needs lots of cleaning and maintenance. In the women’s restroom, the soap dispenser was both empty and broken. Makes you wonder what they are washing their hands with…

Went through the drive thru for a blizzard, when I got down the road there was no sign of any candy pieces just a few crumbs. This was a second chance I had given to this location. Seems like the owner cares more about profit than a quality product and great customer service. The service is less than desirable. This will be the last visit for my family and I !!!!
