Love that these Edwardsville Dairy Queen’s are half off for SIUE students on CERTAIN Tuesdays of the month (I think first and last). Long line those nights though, so leave a good amount of time to wait.

I have loved this Dairy Queen for several years. I have found that this establishment is always clean, the food and ice cream is great, and the staff is both friendly and helpful. My go-to food item is one of the burger combos and I would put Dairy Queen’s burgers up against any fast food restaurant. You can’t go wrong with any of their ice cream items but I’m a oreo blizzard fan and my wife loves the seasonal cotton candy blizzard. Reasonably priced, great quality food and ice cream, and friendly faces will be found here.

The cashier was incredibly kind. As kids sometimes do my daughter dropped her burger on the floor which after an evening out in the holiday madness sent her into tears. As we went up to purchase a new burger the cashier (wish I got her name) got up from her own meal break to not only get a fresh burger but she gave it to us free of charge. Never once did she seem annoyed by the crying or having to remake food. She provided excellent customer service and the food was hot and fresh. Will be coming back in the future.

Nice DQ! The restaurant and bathrooms were both clean, and the ice cream was delicious. They got our order wrong in the drive thru, but they gave us the messed up food along with the order they remade. Decent service, will visit again.
