This place is very very disappointing! The manager who offered to remake our blizzards and wanted me to call her and let her know how they turned out , so I did and she didn’t like my answer , so she got very made at me and she told me she was. When my daughter went back up to have her remake them she told her no I’m not remaking them said I’m giving you your money because you guys complain every time you get one. I’m not sure what she is talking about but that has never happened!!! My daughter told her I use to make these and you are over mixing them and the lady said don’t you tell me how to do my job unless you have one. REALLY!!!

I would not recommend to anyone to come to this location, take the extra 20 minutes to go to Godfrey, they are messy in the store and when I got me and my girlfriends food not only were the fry’s soggy but the bread Burnt. I was never asked if I wanted any sauce or anything else. Poor poor poor customer service, terrible food.

I hadn’t been to DQ in a few months or more, and decided to stop by after my workout. I was genuinely confused when I heard “$17.11” for my #8 large. Of course I paid it, I was hungry, but will I be back? No. Don’t get me wrong, DQ is okay food. But is it worth $20 for one person? Not a chance. Iive 2 blocks away and had to re-microwave my microwaved burger bc it was cold. It’s safe to say they are the most expensive fast food in town, even surpassing some (most) of the sit down joints for a burger and fries. I can go almost anywhere in town and get a similar meal for 10-12$. I don’t know if the local branch owners set the prices, or if it’s a corporate thing, but the greed has gotten out of hand.

absolutely astonished at how bad this place is. My boyfriend and i went to get a bite to eat and i specifically asked for onion rings instead of fries, due to having an allergy to potatoes. they gave us our food, but my boyfriend did not get his fries with his chicken strips. so i went up to the counter and was told i did NOT ask for onion rings, and then gave us the fries for his chx strips. went to ask for honey mustard and was told it was a 49¢ charge. bread was basically untoasted and the chx strips were the size of a pinky. will not be returning.

We ordered inside. Only ice cream, a blizzard and a sundae. They forgot us and then had to ask what we ordered again after my daughter went back up to see why we hadn’t gotten our order. I now wonder if I paid for the right stuff. Date of service was 3/16/22.

My mother ordered food and a drink here (Jerseyville, IL DQ) around 10:30am today. Normally good service but today my mother was served a drink with a black substance on top of lid, side of cup, under lid and also soda dripping all over cup from it being over filled no napkins given. My mother requested to return it and get her money back for soda. The girl at the window said let me get my manager. The Manager came to the window and gave my mother her money back, no apology, no sorry this happened, just here’s your money and have a nice day. Then laughing happened as she closed the window. Are you kidding me! Very immature and no professionalism. My mother was very upset which is upsetting for me. She will not be returning here. Managers may need more training on manners and how to be professional. Hopefully this is taken care of and not overlooked. Will be notifying corporate about this situation.
