The girls working the counter were friendly and helpful. They held onto the ice cream that comes with the kids meal until they were done with their food. It is fast food but decent and the ice cream cupcakes are quite good.

I watched the drive through lane be backed up to the street fmto me getting my food in ten minutes. They are grilling food fast. Check your order they will fix it in 30 seconds if it’s not right. Amen

Fresh, hot, and delicious. Clean inside and employees are nice. And they have one of those soda machines that has lots of variety like diet cherry vanilla Dr.Pepper. The fries were so perfectly hot, crispy, and salted that I skipped the ketchup.

So I am on my lunch break and I went thru the drive thru and got told to pull forward and I waited so long I didn’t even get to eat my lunch a waste of $12.00. Working People rely on fast food to be fast it’s in the name. I will never go back to the DQ in Collinsville Illinois on 157. That place is trash.

Placed my order at drivethru where the clerk told me theyd have my price at the window. Waited in line five minutes. Get up to the window and the clerk tells me she doesnt know what i ordered because no one typed it in and she didnt even know WHO took my order. I told her i ordered a fish sandwich. Then she acts like she remembered my order but says it has to be cooked to order (which i was aware of and angry about because they wasted five minutes of cook time), and asks me to pull into a parked space to wait. Another five minutes later and she finally walks it out. Took way too ling. Not fast food at all. Wont be back since they clearly dont care about customers wait times. Im on a limited lunchbreak.

We had gone to the Popeyes next door but had some difficulty, however the DQ workers joyfully took our large $130+ order and had it completed in less than 5 minutes. Well done and amazing service. Double checked to make sure order was correct. Couldn’t have asked for better service. As a fast food worker this is the kind of service we strive for.

Whoever took my order in the drive thru wasn’t paying attention, read my order back incorrectly, and when I corrected them they became confused. Our order ended up being wrong (wanted a four piece basket with 4 additional strips, they just gave us 8 strips no basket) and then the milk in milk shake was bad.
