Went through the drive through and ordered 2 chicken strip baskets with honey mustard. Got gravy instead of honey mustard so I went inside to get honey mustard. The man and his manager says since we already got the gravy that we did not ask for we had to pay extra for the honey mustard. So they asked me to pay extra because they cannot do their job. Guess that’s why they work at DQ.

I probably won’t frequent this DQ, and I’ll just leave it at that, but I had a craving for ice cream. I have alpha gal syndrome and cannot eat anything containing dairy. I heard DQ had dairy free dilly bars and I wanted to try one. It was good, but like a lot of dairy free ice creams it’s made with coconut milk so it has a strong coconut flavor, so if you are not a fan of coconut it’s not for you. It was $2.79, not bad I supposed.

My wife ordered an icecream cake for our sons 18th birthday and this is what we got. Very unprofessional. They did give her a discount but if it was me they would have redone it or my money back. After eating it the layered filling was only in the middle. Small spot.. rest was icecream.

Slow service. And staff is very rude. Have no care in the world. We went to go get drinks and the staff treated us like criminals. They also have bad spelling when it comes to signage. If you are gonna be rude and offer bad service at least learn to spell. The drinks were warm and made us sick. Will never be back.
