I ordered a blizzard ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. I spoke to the manager on the phone to place my order. Two days later, we went to pick up the cake we ordered and they had not even made it. Luckily, they had a Oreo blizzard cake in the freezer. When I ordered the cake, the manager asked me if I wanted anything wrote on it. I said yes. I told them “Happy 17th birthday Bryn” after they took it to the back to write on it, they brought it out and it said “Happy 18TH BIRLDAY Bryn”

I’ve never had a issue before but this is just sloppy. First I went through the drive through and I had to repeat my order 3 times bacause she didn’t hear anything I said the first 2 times. I was talking slow and clearly I don’t know if it was the speaker or their microphone. I was not hateful or a typical Karen. I got my order and my cherry slush wasn’t mixed correctly, also my chocolate shake was just ice cream with chocolate syrup on the bottom. My burger I ordered has 2 giant onions on it that are bigger than the burger itself. Just looks very sloppy. The french fries taste old like they have been sitting out all day. I know that things have been really crazy and hectic with everything going on in the world but there has to be some quality to the food.

My husband ordered a medium hot fudge Sunday and it barely had any hot fudge so he asked the lady nicely if she could add some more fudge and she walked around corner for a second and came back with the same amount of hot fudge in it. My husband decided to just eat it as they laughed at the drive thru window because I’m pretty sure they thought he didn’t notice. Last time we order a hot fudge sundae at that location.

Went threw and ordered the 7.00 meal. Got back home and this thing looked like a kids meal. Called and they said sorry that’s what the meal looks like. I guess pinckneyville dairy queen didn’t get the memo. I have never gotten anything this dinky from a dq before. Ridiculous

My husband I went through the drive-thu at the DuQuoin location and everything was terrible. We never go there because our past visits have been bad, but our daughter wanted chicken strips. The employees were EXTREMELY rude and the order once again wasn’t right. We only ordered the chicken strip basket and it still wasn’t correct. We will NEVER go to this location ever again. How can one place mess up our order EVERY SINGLE TIME and be so unbelievably rude? I only gave them 1 star because there wasn’t a zero-star I could leave!! All I can say is if anyone left more then 2 stars, it was obviously a fake account.

I have never had a good experience at this Dq. Today, my gravy was super watery, chicken was not cooked all the way, my blizzard was not even blended. When I opened my chicken strip basket box the gravy was open and it had spilled all over all my food. Looked like my food was pulled out of the trash.
