I ordered a cheeseburger and this nasty looking chili hotdog. I was ask to pull over as was the 4 other cars and told it would be cooked “FRESH” the burger was barely warm and as you can see from the picture I would not say that’s what happiness looks like DQ in Marion Illinois you need new management. I would never let that quality of food go out the door to a customer. Stop letting teenagers think they can manage a fast food restaurant. Because this is the quality of food we are gonna keep receiving, and then DQ will be bankrupt.

Went to dairy Queen for a cool treat on a hot day kind of figured an ice cream place like dairy Queen would have chocolate ice cream more than two days a week was told at the order window only Thursday and Friday they have chocolate ice cream… What!??

When we pulled up they immediately told us it would be 15 minute wait, and there were only 2 other cars. Ended up being about 25 minute wait for 2 meals. Food was great.

Great place to get low carb not breaded chicken bites that are real chicken. The lady at the window even found a nutrition book for Dairy Queen so we knew what dip we could use. Hard to eat out with special diets. Thanks Dairy Queen.

Stopped in for a late lunch. One family was at a table finishing there meal. No drive through traffic. Nobody else but me at the counter. I saw no one behind the counter area. I heard voices from employees in the back, no visible employees only voices. I waited…waited…and then waited some more. I turned around and walked out never seeing any employees.

Drive through worker was rude. Apparently they only do chocolates Ice Cream two days a week so they messed up our cone orders. If you’re too cheap to make chocolate ice cream more than two days a week because of waste don’t operate a DQ.

5:30 PM today: I ordered at the drive thru and pulled up to the pay window. I then asked to add an additional item to our order. The crabby drive through worker, disgusted with my request, said there was a car behind me. When I just stared at she added that they close at 6 pm. 30 minutes apparently wasn’t enough time to add frozen dilly bars. She then proceeds to hand me the drink holder. The cardboard drink holder is bending and flopping like Donald Trump’s hair in a strong wind. She proceeds to yell at me that she “can’t help” with the flopping sodas. “She only has one good arm that works.” Like, geez lady, your the one that handed me the cheap, defective, floppy drink holder. She was as cold as the dilly bars.

Shame on me for forgetting her name, but my cashier/server was awesome. I came in with a slightly large order for myself and 3 coworkers. So while having been dealing with the people in front of me who also had large orders, she took my order, and didn’t miss a beat. Now, the reason I took a star away was bc of the other employees, including mgmt. I paid cash, and she needed more singles to give me the correct change. The manager was just standing around talking about personal matters with the other workers, and my server had to ask 5 times for change, and then was met with attitude when she finally was given the change. My server then made mention, to the manager mind you, that I had a few items needing made, and the manager told her, “well make them,” and went right back to standing around with the other employees. Very unprofessional, but the cashier/server was everything!
