I normally don’t post reviews and just brush things off as a bad day, but I felt that this was something that should be brought to a managers attention to hopefully prevent this happening more. I had about a 20-25 minute wait to order, with only two other cars in front of me, would’ve brushed that off no biggies things happen, but then I get up to the window and the girl shoves my blizzard towards me as it’s dripping EVERYWHERE no napkins or anything, and when I hesitated to take it she just shouted my total at me with her other hand waiting for my card, so I gave her my card and asked for napkins, she then shut the door and continued my transaction as I was holding the blizzard outside my car, she comes back to hand me my card and I ask about napkins again and she handed me a huge wad of them very awkwardly, i pulled over to the parking lot to try to recoop and eat my ice cream without a mess, and my blizzard was complete liquid, and ice cream down the side of my car. I would’ve gone back inside and have it remade but I had a friend with me who needed to get back home. I’m honestly not really mad, yes it was a bad experience, but I just feel that this needs to be brought to someone’s attention

I usually do not have any issues with this specific location but tonight we pulled into the drive thru at 9:15-9:20 ish ordered a single 4 piece chicken strip basket. They had us pull into a parking spot (that’s fine) we waited in said parking spot until 9:55 before going to the window and asking what the problem was, they claimed someone had stolen the food and said they’d remake it and then we waited another 20 minutes before we got the single chicken strip basket. Completely understand the 20 minute wait after close but the 45 minute wait before close? Not very happy with this location.

When we first came in and ordered I ordered two for $5 super snack my cousin ordered hamburger and Ferraris for 5 ordered a cheeseburger and fries for 5 we each had a beverage small but my cousin did not get her as we approach the table there were four that were still dirty and not have been marked so we brushed away some of the food so we could sit down. We waited for her hamburger to come but you never came but everything else was there. So when I went up there they told me that the hamburger was not included. They told me that the regular fry and a small beverage was 45 but they charge me an extra 2:49 for a beverage. After they saw the mistake on the tape they offered to make a hamburger which I said no just forget about it and it was very frustrating to try to speak to them. Enclosed I am sending the tape and I will never be back thank you.

Food is good at this dairy queen so i come here vs the other ones in marion, probably not anymore. came to get food tonight & ice cream, me and 4 other cars waited in the drive through for about 25 minutes, no big deal i understand they get busy, got up to the speaker, ordered rude girl on the mic whoever it was, got to the window not a word except the total, got home and almost everything in my order was wrong.

Pulled through the drive-thru at 5/20/23 at 7:30 pm to order and was told “they close at 8 for ‘reasons’ and they wouldn’t take my order even though it was only 7:30. Very poor customer service. Won’t eat here again.

This used to be my favorite Dairy Queen, it has been a while due to being low on money. I thought to treat myself today to a blizzard that I have been craving for weeks. Well not only did I wait in the drive through for 30 mins (not exaggerating but I didn’t mind to wait) but my blizzard must have just been sitting there while I waited. The server did not flip it upside down and she put a lid on it. Fine. But when I opened it. It was MILK. I was so upset I about cried. Don’t mess with a girls ice cream. Never again will I pay for over priced MILK. Disappointed to say the least. Fast food isn’t what it used to be.
