Came through the drive-thru on 4/6/23 in the afternoon and had the best Dairy Queen experience in the 30+ yrs I’ve lived here. Service was fast and friendly, food was hot and fresh, and even the toast from the chicken strip basket was crispy and hot. What?? Never. The two, young African-American girls that I saw deserve a round of applause, along with whoever else was involved that I could not see. Made my day. Very impressive. Thank you.

Welp. Usually get decent service but I ordered an extra cup of dipping sauce tonight and was given 2 halves (which obviously equals 1 cup). Paid for 2 cups and got one. Nice rip-off tactic. Girl at the window was kind and professional. However, whoever filled those cups needs to rethink their life if they can’t even get Dairy Queen right. Yikes.

Best Dairy Queen in Marion by far. The Manager Freida (I think that is how it is spelled) was really nice and even came out to ask us how we were doing. Banana Split was great! This location is 100 times better than the other two locations in Marion. The owner should take note and reevaluate the other two locations. We drive all the way across town just to go to this location rather than go to the other two.

This place was totally dysfunctional. I waited 20 minutes in an attempt to be served and just ended up leaving. Don’t waste your time here. Poorly managed. Don’t bother to apologize because it seems like this has been the experience of many others and you have not fixed it. Save your breath.

When I pulled in the drive-thru the girl answered they weren’t taking orders because the wait was 10 minutes and there were 3 Large orders ahead of me. As I asked if I could order and wait the 10 minutes someone else chimed in and said yes. The other girl said she was new and didn’t know. I waited 30 minutes in the parking lot for 1 dbl burger and 2 shakes. When she brought my order I checked because I wanted to make sure there was No Mayo, No Mustard. It has mustard. She says, “Oh no, that’s the ladies next to me” but now it was opened. I say I’ll take it anyway since I opened it and she says, that’s OK, she’ll have to wait! Unreal. The burger would have been better without the mustard but I didn’t have another 30 minutes to wait!

Was really slow. I had to go across the parking lot and wait. I ordered drinks and didn’t get straws… Didn’t get the fries with my meal and asked for Ranch for my chicken strips instead of gravy and still got gravy. Had waited so long and was already gone when I realized there was no fries with my meal.
