It was a little over a hour before closing time. Closing time.e bring 10 pm. Chairs was already flipped up onto tables. Basically was forced to eat our ice cream treats outside. Ice cream melted fast in the heat even though it was dark it was still hot outside it was still warm. If wanted melted ice cream I buy ice cream at a store and take it home and have melted ice cream and sit outside in the heat too.

The blizzards are always great. The menu needs to be updated to say out of limited edition items. The staff was working to get the orders out at a steady pace. The parking lot is always a challenge at this location and has been for years

Messed up the order then lady who messed it up wouldn’t wait on us to fix her mistake. They staff was too busy waiting on all thr ice cream people to care about our order. First it took 15 minutes to get the food than again 10 to be wait on about the mistake. The staff who did help us was very apologetic for the mess up and was very quick to get it fixed. But still a bit upset was the first staff member messed it up and then refusing to help us get it fixed.

I’d rank this DQ as the most reasonably priced, accommodating, and friendly fast food place in our little town. Whiffle Boys is a close second, Hardee’s is third, and Taco Bell/KFC is fourth. McDonald’s comes in dead last, due to a very rude staff and being a way, way over-priced privately owned franchise.

I went inside and was ignored by four employees. I made a noise to get their attention. They looked up and kept doing what they were doing. No one said hi or my I help you. I left.

Food is always good here. Reputable owners who hire young responsible kids for the last 20 something years

Fine service and dessert. There was heavy traffic during my visit but that is what you can expect from a DQ during a warm weekend in spring/summer in a small town.

Very friendly staff! The lady in the window was very helpful and kind and did not get frustrated when I was needing help with the app. The food was great as well.

We get to go orders often here, and there seems to be a problem getting orders correct. This has happened often. Their employees don’t seem to be able to count. This place is going down hill. Too bad.
