Ordered 2 large ice cream birthday cakes and could not have been happier! Rachel was very friendly and patient with my questions (I’d never ordered one before). They were decorated beautifully with professional looking writing and my family loved the blizzard flavors! Highly recommend!!

A gurl with black Hair, braces and tattoo on her arms (just trying to describe so you correct the right girl) was very rude and dismissive. I had an online order and she said my burger wasn’t on it when u showed her it was. I told her again it was and she said well it’s not. Another girl with blond hair came up and apologized and corrected the situation. The girl w the black hair has extremely poor customer service. And there should really be someone as in an adult running the place giving direction because this crew was scrambling badly.

The only reason I’m giving a one-star is because of the sweet girl that handed the food to me. I asked her who took my order and she pointed at the lady behind her, which I believe was the supervisor since she was the only one dressed differently. I acknowledge her kindness, and I also let her how rude the the other lady was. When she told her she said ” I don’t give a f…” The rude lady has short, platinum blond hair. So just to make you aware. Stay safe out there ya’ll.

Everyone who was working on May 31 2023 at 8:30pm needs a reality check. Worst service I’ve ever had. Waited in line for 5 minutes before anyone even came up to the register. Then THEN they bumped my order off the screen and I got nothing. I had to ask for my order to be made like they forgot about me. It took them 20 minutes to make 1 blizzard. If there was a lower star rating I would put it.

They are so nice! I thought they closed at 10:00 so I got there at 9:35. There were people in line but I quickly realized they closed at 9:30. They still took my order and were very nice about it!

Horrible! We have four kids (so we tend to order a lot) and come here all the time after dance and sports. But this time They showed they do not care about customers or follow health codes. I ordered a Pepsi or coke. Got to the window, and they gave Me a sprite. When I politely asked for a Pepsi, the girl rudely said “ma’am” We don’t have Pepsi products.” To which I replied. Coke is fine. A brown colored soda just not Dr. Pepper. She then asked for the sprite back that was in Our car, and had been set on the floor Our dog licks off of. (And My daughter took a drink) I told her I did not wish to give it back because that is a violation of health code. She demanded I give it back or pay for another soda! I told her I did nothing wrong, and they messed up My order. She continued to “reprimand” Me (I’m 42 she was around 16 ish) and act like I was a difficult customer. I gave her the soda back and told her Our child might have accidentally drank off of it. She got mad at me again and was rolling her eyes. Hoping and praying they did not give that sprite to someone else. Will report to health department.

So impressed with how this location had changed. They have new tables set up which is so nice because it’s not all booths. The dining room is clean and bright. Staff were all so friendly and the woman I assume is manager was kind and checked in on us. We are so happy they made the changes!

This DQ is hit and miss on quality food and treats, take it from me. Because I service the nearby clinic, I eat here frequently. Lately, they like to give out Blizzards that aren’t mixed, just ice cream, whatever additions, then a light mix so the bottom is nothing but ice cream and no residual candy is mixed in except at the very top so you are miles away before you realize they hire incompetent people to do the most basic of labor. This has happened 3 times in the last 14 days to me.
