Figure out how to run your business! If you’re too lazy (short staffed) to open the dining room, then figure out how to run an efficient drive-thru! You have 6 or 7 morons jerkimg around inside that can hardly tell up from down, let alone make an order competently. We came here at 7:30, a reasonable time for dinner, and we ordered a plain double cheeseburger and a #1 combo. We got the wrong food twice, ordering took forever because they were going into detail about a cake and didn’t have another register open. Additionally we saw 3 flies, two dead and one alive, plus a bandaid in the back corner booth on the windowsill.

They didn’t get my order right and I saw it on the receipt that I ordered 2 of the same burgers and I ask the guy and he said that on the receipt it showed up the same thing because of the system but he know I asked for 2 different burgers and was gonna make it I simply said ok and when I got home the burger was exactly the same and everything was cold except the onion rings. The service was extraordinary tonight. The lady at the drive through was one of the nicest fast food workers I have ever met. She truly made our experience so amazing. Have been going to that DQ for years now and she made such an impact on me and my boyfriend. I know she mentioned she was filipino because we were talking about my dogs name. She was such a sweetheart, I hope she gets recognized for her hard work.
