8/24/23 Me and my friend wanted to get ice cream. So we just went to this DQ cause it was close by. We went in and i ordered a small chocolate shake and my friend got a m&m blizzard. So we sat and waited. So much time went by and we still haven’t gotten our ice cream. And I was thinking it’s so simple to make why was it taking so long? And so it didn’t come out till like 30-35 mins later. And to make matters worse, they gave me a vanilla shake instead of chocolate . And the lady who took our order, she was professional with the customers but not her workers. I overheard her yelling at a worker. It’s just unacceptable. I would not go back!

Since the pandemic, this was the first time we have been able to eat inside at dairy Queen. They have remodeled it since the last time we were there and it just looks wonderful. The young ladies working there or very friendly and we have absolutely no complaints. Glad to see that the lobby is open. We do not like to take our food home. We like to eat in the lobbies. Will definitely be back.

It’s usually good. I came today at 10:30am thinking my food would be fresh! My bread was cold as if it came out of the fridge. My fries were cold. My chicken strips were warm. I’m 6 months pregnant so did not enjoy this meal. Threw it away and got Steak ‘n Shake instead

Store was busy due to the $.85 blizzard deal but the employee who took our order was quick and efficient. She was also friendly. Employees in the back looked to be working as fast as they could to keep up with demand.

I came here on Friday, August 18th for ice cream for me and my family. Upon pulling in, the lights are on and a sign says “Ice Cream Only” which sounds like they’d still take orders for that, right? WRONG! They told me they’re closed at 8:30pm on a Friday! I understand understaffing may still be prevalent in the Q3 of 2023, however declining to take an ice cream order that the restaurant posts is still possible is absurd. Plus the girl who was working the drive through window seemed not happy to be there, which gave me a feeling that I was being… actually it’s not appropriate for a community review. Plus, turn off the lights if it’s closed. I saw at least five other people after me within five minutes try after me.

Will never come here again. Used to be great, last couple years has gone way downhill. I ordered 2 choco brownie extremes blizzards today. Someone put gummy worms in one! Extremely sickening!!!
